Treatment Agreement

By engaging with Expert RN Lice Management and booking a service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services:

   • Expert RN Lice Management agrees to provide services as described on our Booking Page to Clients.

   • The specific services to be provided, timelines, and fees shall be outlined in a confirmation email or detailed quote

2. Client Responsibilities:

   • Client agrees to provide timely and accurate information necessary for Expert RN Lice Management to perform the Services.

   • Client agrees to engage with/ respond to Expert RN Lice Management and respond promptly to requests for information or action

   • Client is responsible for ensuring that they have the authority to make medical decisions for their dependents if booking on behalf of a child

3. Payment Terms:

   • Credit card number is required to book an appointment. Payment is required after services have been completed. An invoice will be sent to the client via email after service completion.

   • Payment terms outlined on Booking page.

   • Client agrees to pay for delivered services in full within 12 hours of service completion

   • Late payments may result in additional fees and/or suspension of services.

4. Termination:

   • Either party may terminate this Agreement for cause, such as material breach of the Agreement.

   • Expert RN Lice Management reserves the right to terminate the Treatment Agreement immediately, without refund, if Client engages in disrespectful or abusive behavior towards Company or its employees at any time

   • Expert RN Lice Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason 

5. Cancellation Policy:

   • Outlined on Booking Page

   • By booking an appointment and submitting your information, you agree to our cancellation policy

6. Limitation of Liability:

   • Expert RN Lice Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 

7. Indemnification:

   • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Expert RN Lice Management from any claims arising from your actions or omissions
